SCHEDULE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Period	The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Tuesday 27 August 2024. The Promotion ends at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 30 November 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Eligible State/s	The Promotion is open to residents in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory. NSW trade promotion authority number TP/01209.
Entry Restrictions	Due to licensing conditions, the Promotion is not open to residents in Australian Capital Territory and South Australia. The Promotion is not open to residents outside of Australia.
Entry Requirements	Entrants must purchase a 3M product from Height Dynamics during the Promotion Period. All 3M products sold by Height Dynamics are eligible.
Entry Verification	Every 3M product purchase made during the Promotion Period will be automatically identified and verified using sales tickets.
Entry Calculation	Every 3M purchase made during the Promotion Period will earn the purchaser entries into the Promotion at the rate of one entry per AUD $1 spent on a 3M product.
Max Entries Per Person	The number of entries that can be awarded per person is 1,000,000.
Determining the Winner	This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The Winner will be drawn electronically by a computerised random draw.
The Prize	There is one Prize to be drawn at the end of the Promotion. The Prize is two Giant electric bikes (up to the total value of AUD $12,000). The Prize Winner will get to choose their prize from the Giant range of electric bikes at Brisbane bike store, Giant Lutwyche
Total Value of Prize	Total value of the prize is RRP AUD $12,000 (inclusive of GST).
Prize Draw - Location, Date & Time	Every verified 3M purchase made during the Promotion Period will earn the purchaser entries into the Prize Draw which is to take place at the Promoter’s Brisbane premises at 11am on Friday 6 December 2024.
Notification of Prize Winner	The Prize winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the relevant Prize Draw.
Publication of Prize Winner	The Prize Winner be published on the Promoter’s website within 2 business days of relevant Prize Draw.
The Prize - Claim Date and Time	The Prize must be claimed by the Prize Winner no later than 11:59pm AEST/ AEDT on Friday 13 December 2024.
The Prize - Unclaimed Prize	Should The Prize remain unclaimed on Monday 16 December 2024, the Promoter will donate The Prize to a charity of their choice.
Dealing with Disputes	If there is any dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each Entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Schedule above and all other entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is not open to:
   
   1. directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of:
      
      1. The Promoter (Height Dynamics)
      2. The Promotion Sponsor (3M Australia),
      3. The Prize Supplier (Giant Lutwyche),
      4. Any related bodies corporate of the Promoter, the Promotion Sponsor, the Prize Supplier, and
      5. Any agencies or companies associated with the Promoter or the Promotion;
   2. A spouse, de facto spouse, partner, guardian, parent, child or sibling of any person set out in clause 2a); and
   3. Any person who is ineligible to enter the Promotion under the Entry Restrictions in the Schedule.
3. All entries into the Promotion must come from persons resident in Eligible State(s) and must meet the Entry Requirements. Entry into the Promotion is not possible outside of the Promotion Period.
4. All entries into the Promotion are subject to verification by the Promoter. Any entries subject to Entry Restrictions will be removed from the Prize Draw.
5. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
6. The Prize is two Giant electric bikes from Prize Supplier (Giant Lutwyche) as set out in the Schedule. However, Giant Lutwyche is not the promoter of this Promotion.
7. Any and all imagery used in the Promotion is purely for marketing purposes.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of The Prize for a product of equal value at their discretion.
9. The Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
10. The Prize Draw will be conducted in accordance with the Schedule.
11. The Promoter will notify the Prize Winner in accordance with the Schedule.
12. The Promoter will publish the name of the Prize Winner in accordance with the Schedule.
13. If - through any legal incapacity or otherwise - the Prize Winner is unable to claim their prize in their own name, they may assign their prize to another person (who consents to such assignment). The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the Prize Winner and their assignee.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize.
15. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize Winner does not claim or accept their Prize by the date and time stipulated in the Schedule, then their Prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of a Prize.
16. Any Unclaimed Prize will be donated to a charity of the Promoter’s choice.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time as necessary due to circumstances outside of its control.
18. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each Entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Any information provided to the Promoter is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. The Promoter will not disclose this information to other parties in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 - other than for the purposes of administering the Prize to the Winner.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the Prize Winner's name for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
21. The Promoter may use personal information about you that has been collected during the Promotion for marketing-related purposes, including sending you information (including electronically) about its products, events, news and further competitions. 22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
